TRIBE · JANUARY 2027

Your information.
Handled with care.

How this website handles launch interest and enquiries.

Who to contact.

TRIBE handles the information submitted through this website. Contact join@tribeclub.co.uk for questions or requests about your data. The full legal entity name and postal address will be added before launch.

What we collect and why.

Launch interest collects your email and permission to send launch updates. Enquiries collect your name, email, interests and message. Partner applications also collect your role, organisation, location and optional professional website. We use this information to respond to your request and assess partner applications. Optional launch marketing is separate from your enquiry.

Storage and retention.

Submissions are stored in a restricted database on the website host. A team notification and receipt email are queued for sending through the host’s mail service. Enquiries and their email records are removed after 12 months when the scheduled maintenance task runs, unless they relate to an approved partner relationship. Partner and commission records are kept for managing that relationship and accounting; the final accounting retention policy will be confirmed before paid memberships open.

Your choices and rights.

You can withdraw permission for launch emails, ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or raise an objection by emailing join@tribeclub.co.uk. Some rights depend on the circumstances and applicable records obligations. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Marketing uses your consent; responding to requests and administering applications uses the relevant pre-contract steps or legitimate interests.

Website preferences and referrals.

The website stores your light/dark preference locally and uses a necessary session cookie for form protection and admin sign-in. Referral codes are passed in links and enquiry forms; optional advertising cookies are only enabled after you accept advertising tracking. Google-hosted font resources may receive your IP address when requested. When paid signup is enabled, Stripe will process Checkout and subscription payments and provide subscription/payment identifiers for referral commission records. Card details will be entered on Stripe’s hosted payment page rather than stored by this website. Hosting, mail providers and any international transfer arrangements will be identified before launch.

Further information.

Your data rights and complaints: ICO. This notice describes the implemented enquiry service; operator and provider details still need completing before public deployment.

Optional analytics and advertising.

When configured, Google Analytics 4 measures visits, page views, campaign sources and actions such as saved enquiries and confirmed purchases. Meta Pixel and optional Google Ads conversion tags measure advertising performance and may support advertising audiences. These services can receive device/browser details, IP addresses, online identifiers, visited page information and conversion data.

Analytics and advertising are separate choices. We only load the relevant provider tags after you accept that category. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent enquiries or membership use. You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer; this stops future tag loading and clears accessible tracking cookies. It cannot undo information already received by a provider.

We do not send names, email addresses, enquiry messages, referral codes or raw Stripe Checkout session IDs in tracking event parameters. Purchase events use an opaque transaction reference, value and currency after Stripe confirms payment. Provider tags may process IP/device information and approved campaign parameters; avoid placing personal information in campaign URLs.

Google and Meta may process data outside the UK according to their service terms and transfer arrangements. Google may receive data when analytics or Google advertising is accepted; Meta receives data when advertising is accepted. Account retention, advertising audience use and applicable transfer arrangements must be configured and reviewed before activating the IDs.

Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools verification prove site ownership. Their verification meta tags do not load visitor tracking scripts or set analytics cookies. Site-performance reporting from those tools is separate from this website’s visitor tags.

See our cookie notice, Google privacy policy and Meta privacy policy. Optional tracking is based on your consent, separately from any permission to receive launch emails.
